Senior Memory Circuit Designer (m/f/d)

Thrilled to work on the new hype in town, in-Memory Computing? As Senior Memory Circuit Designer in our deep-tech startup you will work in our top-notch full-custom team to deliver best-in-class production quality In-Memory Computing matrix-vector multipliers.

Your role

Your primary role will be full-custom design for in-Memory Computing macros – these are macros with memory cells and compute resources tightly interwoven. This work will be executed in advanced logic nodes.

• Work within an experienced team to develop new in-Memory Computing solutions
• Take ownership of sub-blocks, from concept over circuit design down to layout and verification
• Documentation of all aspects of the designs
• Drive innovation, both at architecture and at circuit level

Your profile

• PhD on memory circuit design, or equivalent experience
• Experience with digital or analog in-Memory Computing is a plus
• Experience in finfet process nodes is a plus
• Fluent in programming – python
• A strong desire for automation
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• You are a team player, and you can autonomously plan and perform research tasks
• You are self-reliant, independent with high sense of ownership of your work and value freedom with responsibility
